Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at period end. If your choir is over the member cap on the new plan, existing members are kept — you are just blocked from inviting new ones until the count is back under the cap.

After 30 days you need to pick a plan. If not, the choir goes read-only for 60 days — the data is untouched but nobody can change anything. After 90 days it is soft-deleted. We notify you well in advance of each step.

We count members with status active, probation, or onLeave. People on leave count. Applicants who have not been admitted and excluded members do not. You can invite new members as long as the total is under the cap.

No. The trial is fully open — no card, no commitment. When you decide to continue, you add payment details and pick a plan.

We are honest about where we fall short. The sheet-music archive, rehearsal tracks with a per-voice mixer and the score player are live, and the mobile app for iOS and Android is in beta. What we do not have yet: SMS, Vipps, polls and ticketing. VO reporting and accounting integration are coming in 2026 — marked in the table below.

Yes, and it is one of our strengths. Our AI reads exports from Choirmate, Styreportalen and CSV files from Excel. It proposes voice-part mapping, detects duplicates and lets you approve before we write to the database. Typically takes 5–10 minutes for a choir of 50 members.

In the EU, on Supabase (managed Postgres). On Ensemble you get your own tenant-isolated Supabase project and a Data Processing Agreement. On the other plans you share a database with other choirs, but with strict row-level security — no choir sees any other choir's data.

Not yet. We want our first 50 paying choirs before we look at federation deals. If you are a federation and want a conversation, do reach out — we will pick it up when we have the volume to land a good deal.
